By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Business Scope

STONE BRIDGE TRADING FZCO is engaged in the import, wholesale, and retail of food commodities and related products, including but not limited to:

  • Rice
  • Sugar
  • Pulses & grains
  • Spices
  • Other food and non-food consumer goods

Products are sourced primarily from India and sold within the United Arab Emirates.

  1. Regulatory Compliance

We operate in compliance with all applicable UAE laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • UAE Federal Food Safety Law
  • Dubai Municipality / Abu Dhabi Agriculture & Food Safety Authority
  • UAE Customs regulations
  • Ministry of Climate Change and Environment (MOCCAE) guidelines

All food products are imported, stored, and distributed in accordance with UAE food safety and hygiene standards.

  1. Product Information & Quality

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However:

  • Packaging may vary from images shown
  • Natural food products may vary in color, size, and taste
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any product

All products are sold subject to availability.

  1. Wholesale & Retail Orders

Wholesale Orders:

  • Minimum order quantities (MOQs) may apply
  • Pricing may differ from retail pricing
  • Payment terms must be agreed in writing
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

Retail Orders:

  • Retail prices are subject to change without notice
  • Promotions and discounts may be time-limited
  1. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Ownership of goods remains with STONE BRIDGE TRADING FZCO until full payment has been received.

  1. Delivery & Risk

Delivery times provided are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Port or shipping delays
  • Government inspections
  • Force majeure events

Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery.

  1. Returns, Refunds & Claims

Due to the nature of food products:

  • Opened or perishable food items are not returnable
  • Claims for damaged, expired, or incorrect goods must be reported within [24/48] hours of delivery
  • Claims must be supported by photographs and delivery documentation

Refunds or replacements will be at our discretion in accordance with UAE consumer protection laws.

  1. Storage & Handling Disclaimer

Once products are delivered, STONE BRIDGE TRADING FZCO is not responsible for:

  • Improper storage
  • Temperature abuse
  • Contamination
  • Mishandling by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper storage and handling in accordance with food safety standards.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, STONE BRIDGE TRADING FZCO shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of profits or business interruption
  • Any allergic reactions or adverse effects caused by product consumption, except where required by law

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

  1. Wholesale Customer Responsibility

Wholesale buyers confirm that they:

  • Hold valid trade and food handling licenses where required
  • Will resell products in compliance with UAE food safety laws
  • Will not alter, relabel, or misrepresent products unlawfully
  1. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, trademarks, and materials are the property of STONE BRIDGE TRADING FZCO and may not be used without written permission.

  1. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • War or government actions
  • Port congestion
  • Pandemics
  • Supply chain disruptions
  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
